After Beijing I was in Xi’an, the ancient capital of the first Emperor. There I visited the "Tang Paradise "complex

Dopo Pechino, sono stato a Xi’an, l’antica capitale del Primo Imperatore. Per prima cosa ho visitato il parco di attrazioni "Paradiso Tang"

 

 

and then I participated in a workshop

successivamente ho partecipato ad una conferenza di informazione

 

I visited a military medical centre and the huge Shaanxi history museum

…ho visitato un centro medico militare e l’immenso museo di storia di Shaanxi

 

…and then, I could see the famous Terracotta Warriors !!!

…e finalmente ho potuto vedere  i celebri Guerrieri di terracotta !!!

 

…what unbelievable beauty and phantasy !

…che manifestazione incredibile di bellezza e di fantasia ! ! !

 

 

 

…and eventually, a visit to the Huaqing hot Springs !

…ed infine, una vista alle sorgenti calde di Huaqing !

 

One more extraordinary experience in this Country full of history and beauty. See you at the next trip !!!!

Hi ! From 21 to 28 June I was in China to participate in two workshops and training seminars. The first events took place in Beijing.

Ciao ! Dal 21 al 28 Giugno sono stato in Cina per partecipare a seminari di formazione e di esrcitazione. Le prime manifestazioni hanno avuto luogo a Pechino. 

In Beijing I also visited the White Clouds Taoist Temple,

A Pechino ho visitato anche il Tempio Taoista delle Nubi Bianche,

 

 

 

the Beihai area next to the Forbidden City,

…il parco di Behai, accanto alla Città proibita,

 

and the Temple of the Moon

…ed il Tempio della Luna

 

In Beihai, in the evening, people come to walk, to talk, to play music and to dance…

Accanto al lago di Behai, nelle sere d’estate i pechinesi vengono a passeggiare, conversare, esibirsi in improvvisati spettacoli musicali e danzare facendo al contempo ginnastica….

Hi ! Early June I was in Lebanon for a project meeting and for a scientific workshop. I was first in Beirut which is a beautiful city, well re-built after tragic events which destroyed large part of its centre. 

 

 

 

The workshop took place in the premises of Notre Dame University just outside Beirut

 

I also visited the ancient city of Byblos with its fortified castles, mosques and churches

 

A short but extremely interesting visit which allowed me to meet also a member of our Genovese Worldwide family, Patricia Barakat and her family ! ! !,
